1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business operator is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.

 

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of the Contract, Opportunities for Correction

The purchase agreement is concluded with Manuka Kontor GmbH. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email immediately after the order is submitted. We accept your offer within two days by sending a confirmation of acceptance in a separate email or, if applicable, by having the payment transaction processed by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see “Payment”). The relevant option for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

 

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

Languages available for concluding the contract: German, English We will save the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in writing. You can view the contract text in your customer account.

 

4. Terms of Delivery

Shipping costs: Shipping costs may apply in addition to the listed prices. For more details on any applicable shipping costs, please refer to the product listings.


Shipping Options: We ship the products to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. We only offer shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup.

 

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our store.


Prepayment

If you select the "prepayment" option, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and ship the goods once payment has been received.


Cash on delivery

You pay the purchase price directly to the delivery person. There are no additional charges for this.

 

Credit card

During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.

 

SEPA Direct Debit

By placing your order, you are authorizing us to process a SEPA direct debit. We will notify you of the date your account will be debited at least one banking business day in advance (known as “prenotification”). A banking business day is any business day except Saturdays, federal holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. Your account will be debited before the goods are shipped.

 

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of these options; any additional payment options offered on an individual basis pertain to your legal relationship with PayPal. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
